Thoughtful - Stuart Price Portfolio review

As part of the D&AD event being held at the college I saw Stuart Price to give my portfolio the once over. He was very impressed with the portfolio case itself, and mentioned that that quality of the work did not get overshadowed.

All in all he was couldn't have praised the portfolio high enough. This is obviously nice for me to hear but the lack of criticism did make me feel as though I could have got more out of it. He did however, give me some tips on what to take out if I wanted to take any pieces out. We both agreed that the Panamax brief could take a back seat now, and the order could be messed around with.

He also had an idea about making the pages folded better than they do at present.

All in all he really really was enthusiastic about my work, and he was impressed with the confidence I showed in presenting it. I wish it was a little more constructive but then again on the back of the Craig Oldham thing, I am weary about people being overly impressed with the work.
